Goldsboro Mr. Larry D. Mathis, 57 of 146 Airline Place, passed Monday morning, December 17, 2012 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 23, 2012 at 1:00pm in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel of J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations. The interment will be in the Mathis Family Cemetery, Warsaw, NC. There will be a viewing held from 11:00am until the hour of service. He was born on June 10, 1955 in Duplin County, NC to Robert Henry and Mildred Wooten Mathis. A professional, sympathetic, dignified and compassionate service entrusted to J.B.
