Mr Larry was a quiet leader and once I really got to know him as I became an adult I found out he had a great sense of humor. He always looked out for us growing up and I appreciated that. A model of consistency is how I would describe him, which we should all strive towards. I know he thought a lot about me and the feeling is mutual..
To the Ward Family,
As a school mate and friend, I and the neighbors of the Robinson Place Community hearts remain heavy after hearing of the sudden transitioning of our dear friend and grounds keeper. Many of us spoke with Larry the day he cut our grass last Friday. He always displayed a kind and cooperative spirit in our business dealings and consistently went the extra mile at no charge to ensure our yards were always well groomed. Larry was a very caring man who was deeply concerned about the well being of others. My prayer Mrs. Ward and family is for God to grant you HOPE and PEACE in the days ahead as you reflect on the LOVE and LEGACY of CARE for OTHERS he leaves to all of US.
