Goldsboro - Mr. Leroy Evans Sr., 73, passed on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 12:00pm with a viewing from 11:00am to 11:45am at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. He will be laid to rest on Monday, November 22, 2021 at 10:00am at the Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, 164 Longs Plant Farm Road, Goldsboro, NC.
He was born on October 30, 1948 in Wayne County, NC to Thomas Evans and Mable Blount. He is survived by six children, his siblings, grandchildren and other loving relatives and friends.
