Greenville - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mr. Lewellyn Keyes Jr. , 76, who transitioned from labor to reward on Thursday, February 06, 2025 at Hospice House in Greenville, North Carolina. The celebration of his life will be held on Friday, February 14, 2025 at 12:00pm with a viewing from 11:00am to 11:50am at the Reimage Church, 3950 Victory Lane, Winterville, NC. He will be laid to rest at a later date at the Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, 164 Longs Plant Farm Road, Goldsboro, NC.
He was born on November 28, 1948 on Beaufort County, NC to Lewellyn Keyes Sr. and Addie James Keyes. He is survived by his loving wife, Alberta Jones Keyes, his children and other loving relatives and friends.
