Dudley - Mrs. Lila Newsome Hines, 68, passed on Thursday, July 30, 2015 at Wayne Memorial Hospital, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2015 at 2:00pm in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations. The family will hold a private interment.
She was born on January 8, 1947 in Wayne County, NC to Oberry Newsome and Helen Bryant Newsome. She is survived by her daughter, Kee Kee Hines Newsome of the home and Treavor Newsome of Dudley, NC.
