Fremont - Ms. Lila Mae Lewis, 93, completed her earthly journey on Sunday, July 14, 2024 at home surrounded by family. The celebration of her life will be held on Friday, July 19, 2024 at 1:00pm with a viewing from 12:00pm to 12:45pm at Hooks Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 290 Hooks Grove Road, Pikeville, NC. She will be laid to rest at the Wayne Memorial Park, 2925 US Hwy 117 South, Dudley, NC.
She was born on January 7, 1931 in Wayne County, NC to Johnnie Elliott and Ethel Mae Reid Elliott. She is survived by her children, grandchildren and other loving relatives and friends.
