Oleander Avenue, Goldsboro, passed on Sunday, May 19, 2013 at Wayne Memorial Hospital surrounded by her family. The celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 25, 2013 at 12:00 noon at Church of God in True Holiness, 611 Whitfield Drive, Goldsboro, NC with Elder Benjamin Hall officiating. She will be laid to rest in Wayne Memorial Park, 2925 US Hwy 117 S, Dudley, NC. There will be a visitation held on Friday, May 24, 2013 in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations from 4:00pm to 7:00pm with the family present from 6:00pm until 7:00pm. She was born on August 19, 1936 in Duplin County to Simon and Beatrice Jones Kennon in Duplin County. She is survived by her husband, Leroy Williams of the home, and her children, Anthony Williams, Patricia Williams, Susan Williams Hall, and Lisa Williams Wilson. Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by a son, Michael Roy Williams. A professional, sympathetic, dignified, and compassionate service have been entrusted to J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
