Goldsboro- It is with great sadness that we announces the loss of Ms. Linda Wooten Best age 66, she is now watches over us after passing away peacefully on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at her residence surrounded by her loving family, leaving a void that will not be easily filled. The Celebration of Life will be , Friday, March 6, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Greenleaf Christian Church Disciples of Christ, 2110 N. William Street, Goldsboro, NC 27530. There will be a viewing from 1:00-1:50. She will be laid to rest at Golden Gate Memorial Gardens, 4734 US Hwy 117 North, Pikeville, NC 27863.
