Goldsboro - Mrs. Linda Faye Howell Payne, 60 of 205 Ryan Way, passed on Wednesday, May 25, 2016. The celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 11:00am at Barnes Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 1108 Rosewood Road, Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to rest at Wayne Memorial Park, 2925 US 117 Hwy, Dudley, NC. There will be a visitation held on Sunday, May 29, 2016 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
She was born on January 24, 1956 in Wayne County, NC to O'Ceaser Howell and Othern Smith Howell. She is survived by her husband, Maurice Payne Jr. and three children: Kenise Jones, Connie Payne and LaShonda Payne.
