Pikeville - Mrs. Linda T. Spencer, 66, passed on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at Wayne UNC Health Care, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of her life will be held on Friday, June 18, 2021 at 12:00 Noon with a viewing from 11:00am to 11:45am at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to rest at the Golden Gate Memorial Gardens, 4734 Highway 117 North, Pikeville, NC.
She was born on November 2, 1954 in Wayne County, NC to Marvin T. and Sally Mae Weston Taylor. She is survived by her husband, Robert Spencer; her son, Chris Taylor; two adopted daughters: Rikhia Spencer and JaKayla Spencer; one sister, Shirley (Kenneth) Williams; three brothers: Elmer Taylor, Leroy (Melissa) Taylor and Danny (Debra) Taylor; her mother-in-law, Nancy Louise Spencer; her godson, Khmari Reid; three stepchildren; twelve step grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
