Goldsboro - Mr. Lorne D. Edwards, 58, completed his final earthly mission on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at UNC Wayne Health Care, Goldsboro, NC. A memorial celebration will be held on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 11:00am at First African Baptist Church, 803 Harris Street, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a visitation on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations.
Lorne was born in Wayne County, NC on January 20, 1965 to Mattie Edwards. He is survived by his wife, Yvonne Edwards and other loving relatives and friends.
