The celebration of his life will be held on Monday, March 27, 2023 at 1:00pm at Best Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 1065 Tommy’s Road, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a chapel viewing held on Sunday, March 26, 2023 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC.
He was born on April 24, 1955 in Wayne County, NC to Dock Herman and Luberta Smith Best.
