Goldsboro - Mr. Lynwood E. Bell Jr., 81, completed his earthly journey on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at the Willow Creek Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at 2:00pm with a viewing from 1:00pm to 1:45pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. He will be laid to rest at the Golden Gate Memorial Gardens, 4734 Highway 117 North, Pikeville, NC.
He was born on January 9, 1943 in Philadelphia, PA to Lynwood E. Bell Sr. and Alice Hawkins Bell. He is survived by his children, grandchildren and other loving relatives and friends.
