I am so sorry to just hear of Marian's passing. She was a blessing to anyone who knew her. I worked with Marian until I retired from WUNC. After I moved out of state she was one of the first people I went to see when I visited. She will truly be missed. My deepest sympathy to her family.

We worked lots of hours and had lots of fun. I could always count on when you were there that it would be a good day. Taking care of you before you went to Kitty was one of the hardest things I think I've ever had to do. Rest in peace my sweet friend with no more pain! You will be missed tremendously!!!
To the family of Ms. Marian my family and I give our condolences. To know her was to love her. She had a smile and energy that was magnetic. She was a Godly woman, she was a true inspiration to her calling as a healer. She left an imprint on everyone she ever came in contact with I believe. Her children were her joy. We all have wonderful memories of Ms. Marian, my greatest is her helping my husband propose to me.
Six years ago on the 7th floor in the wee hours of the morning it was her duty to keep me distracted so my husband could get up to the floor and in place undetected. Well he did! All of my fellow colleagues were there to witness the event and to this day we are still happily married.
