Goldsboro - Ms. Marietta Wooten, 64 of 507 Quail Drive, passed on Saturday morning, September 6, 2014 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center. The celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at 2:00pm at Best Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 1065 Tommy's Road, Goldsboro, NC, with the Reverend Joe A. Jackson
officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, 3888 Hwy. 70 West, Princeton, NC. There will be a visitation held on Friday, September 12, 2014 from 1:00pm until 7:00pm with the family arriving at 6:00pm in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral
Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. She was born on May 28, 1950 in Wayne County, NC to Cleveland and Carrie Ann Glenn Wooten. She is survived by her daughter, Carrie Shepard of South Carolina and one grandson. Professional, sympathetic, dignified, compassionate care and service entrusted to J.B.
