Goldsboro - Ms. Marlene Outlaw Isler, 79, passed on Monday, January 29, 2018 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of her life will be held on Sunday, February 4, 2018 at 1:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations. She will be laid to rest at Elmwood Cemetery, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a viewing held on Sunday, February 4, 2018 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm at the funeral home.
She was born on March 13, 1938 in Wayne County, NC to Alberta Branch Outlaw and Melvin Outlaw. She is survived by her one sister.
