Goldsboro - Mrs. Mary R. Braswell, 76, was a woman of faith and has now gone to her Heavenly home in glory on Sunday, November 6, 2022. The celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at 12:00pm at St. Delight United Holy Church, 976 La Grange Road, La Grange, NC. There will be a chapel visitation held on Monday, November 14, 2022 from 3:00pm to 6:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to rest on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at 2:00pm at the Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, 164 Longs Plant Farm Road, Goldsboro, NC.
She was born on January 9, 1946 in Wayne County, NC to Wilbert M. Reid and Fannie Mae Lewis Reid. She is survived by her husband, Charles H. Braswell; her children; grandchildren and other loving relatives and friends.
