Goldsboro - Mrs. Mary "Lil Lia" Elizabeth Dyer Davis, 80 of 200 Winslow Circle, passed on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at home. The celebration of her life will be held on Sunday, August 12, 2018 at 1:30pm at Word of Truth Christian Fellowship, 1401 N. Carolina Street, Goldsboro, NC with Pastor Timothy L. Dortch officiating. She will be laid to rest at Wayne Memorial Park, 2925 US Hwy 117 South, Dudley, NC. There will be a viewing held on Saturday, August 11, 2018 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm with the family arriving to receive friends from 6:00pm to 7:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC.
She was born on December 31, 1937 in Wayne County, NC. She is survived by her loving husband, Odell Davis; daughters: Monique Reaves, Linda Savage and Brenda Sanders; sons: Hillary Dyer and Eddie Spencer; eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
