The celebration of her life will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at 1:00pm at Savannah FWB Church, 2349 Cameron Langston Road, Grifton, NC. She will be laid to rest at the Oak Hill Cemetery, 2019 Tower Hill Road, Kinston, NC. There will be a viewing held on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 from 12:00pm until 1:00pm at the church.
She was born on January 14, 1926 in Lenoir County, NC to Fannie Dawson and Henry Hines.
