Goldsboro - Mrs. Mary Louise Monroe, 75 of 406 Banks Ave., passed on Friday,September 16, 2016 at Wayne UNC Health Care, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of her life will be held on Friday, September 23, 2016 at 1:00pm at Best Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 1065 Tommy’s Road, Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to rest at Wayne Memorial Park, 2925 US Hwy 117 South, Dudley, NC. There will be visitation held on Thursday, September 22, 2016 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
She was born in Laurens, SC to L.Z. Pitts and Loree Wilson. She is survived by her loving & devoted husband of 56 years, Ward Monroe of the home; her children: Timothy, Tracy, Robin and Brandy and granddaughter, Taylor Renee Monroe.
