Kinston - Mrs. Mary A. Turner, 58, departed this earthly walk of life on Sunday, May 15, 2022 at home surrounded by her loving family. The celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at 12:00 pm with a viewing from 11:00am to 11:45am in the Nannie D. Loftin Memorial Chapel at Loftin Memorial-J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home, 106 N. East Street, Kinston, NC.
Mary was born on December 20, 1963 to the late Edward Lee Pettiway and Julia Mae McCoy Pettiway. She leaves loving and precious memories with her husband, Timothy A. Turner Sr. of the home; her sons: Malik Pettiway and Timothy A. Turner Jr. (Sharon); her daughters: Victoria Wilcher and Erica Turner; her sisters: Gloria Glover, Gwen Hammond (Julius), Connie Ellerbee (Rudolph), Daphene Graham, Lawanda Johnson (Raymond), Antionette Pettiway, Patricia Powell and Odessa Powell; her brothers: Jerome McCoy, Johnny Pettiway (Tammy), Robert Mewborn (Twana) and Charlie Mewborn; her grandchildren: Nelson Wilson, Nikila Pettiway and JaQuan Turner and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
