Goldsboro - Ms. Maxine R. Edwards, 90, completed her earthly walk of life on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at home surrounded by her loving family. The celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at 1:30pm with a visitation from 1:00pm to 1:25pm at Goldsboro-Raleigh District Assembly (GRDA), 211 West Hooks River Road, Goldsboro, NC . She will be laid to rest at Wayne Memorial Park, 2925 US Hwy 117 South, Dudley, NC.
She was born on December 23, 1932 in Wayne County, NC to Malion Rowe and Mae Cora Blackman. She is survived by her children; grandchildren and other loving relatives and friends.
