Goldsboro - Ms. Mayme Lee Barnes, 81 of 811 Annabelle Street, passed on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at home surrounded by her family. The celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at 11:00 am at St. Luke Church of Christ, 430 E. Elm Street, Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to rest at Wayne Memorial Park, 2925 Hwy 117, Dudley, NC. There will be an inspiration wake held on Saturday, April 9, 2016 from 10:00 am until 10:50 am at the church.
She was born on July 24, 1934 in Wayne County, NC to James McMillan Sr. and Sarah Langston McMillan. She is survived by her children.
