The celebration of his life will be held on Monday, October 21, 2024 at 2:00pm with a viewing from 1:00pm to 1:45pm at the Loftin Memorial-J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home, 106 N. East Street, Kinston, NC.
He was born on May 9, 1954 in Lenoir County, NC to Mandy Louise Pettiway Pugh and Leroy L. Pugh. He is survived by his fiancée; his sons; grandchildren and other loving relatives and friends.
