Goldsboro - Mr. Michael K. Artis, 61, completed his earthly walk of life on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at home. The celebration of his life will be held graveside on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at 11:30am at Elmwood Cemetery, 900 W. Brick Street (Hwy 117 Bypass), Goldsboro, NC. There will be a chapel viewing held on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC.
He was born on March 31, 1962 in Wayne County, NC to Annie Ruth Holloman Artis and Robert Lee Artis Sr. He is survived by his mother, siblings and other loving relatives and friends.
