Philadelphia, PA - Mr. Michael David Carter, 63 of 11843 Ellington Drive, passed on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at home surrounded by family. The celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2016 graveside at 12:00 Noon at Wayne Memorial Park, 2925 US Hwy 117 Dudley, NC. There will be a viewing held on Saturday, May 7, 2016 from 8:00 am until 11:00 am with the family arriving to receive friends from 10:00 am until 11:00 am in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC.
He was born on December 6, 1952 in Philadelphia, PA to Bertha Reid Carter. He is survived by his loving wife, Linda Worrell Carter and children.
