Goldsboro - Retired TSgt. Michael Wayne Pina, 61, completed his final earthly mission on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at UNC Wayne Healthcare, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of his life will be held on Thursday, September 12, 2024 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. He will be laid to rest on Friday, September 13, 2024 at 12:00pm with full military honors at the Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, 164 Longs Plant Farm Road, Goldsboro, NC.
He was born on February 23, 1963 in Providence County, Rhode Island to Caesar Pina Jr. and Galiana Marcellino Pina. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Angela Houston Pina; his children and other loving relatives and friends.
