Goldsboro - Ms. Michelle Best, 45, passed on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at Wayne Memorial Hospital, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of her life will be held on Sunday, December 27, 2015 at 2:00pm at St. James Church of Christ DOC, 514 Memorial Church Road, Fremont, NC. She will be laid to rest at the Turner Swamp Cemetery, Fremont, NC. There will be a visitation held on Saturday, December 26, 2015 from 1:00pm until 4:30pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
She was born on June 7, 1970 in Long Island, NY to the late Mary Etta Best. She is survived by, her daughter, Michelle “Nique” Williams of the home, her son, Eric “Little Man” Best of the home; her grandfather, Silas “BoBo” Best; two aunts: Carrie Best and Harriet Best, Roosevelt, NY and three uncles: Marvin (Sarah) Best, James Best and Willie Best.
