Goldsboro - Ms. Mildred L. Davis, 79, passed on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at Wayne Memorial Hospital, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of her life will be held on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at 12:00 Noon at Pentecostal Holy Church, 600 E. Pine Street, Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to rest at Elmwood Cemetery, S. Hwy 117 Bypass, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a viewing on Thursday, March 17, 2016 from 11:00 am until 12:00 Noon at the church.
She was born on February 3, 1937 in Greene County, NC to Anna Bailey and Jimmy Davis. She is survived by her mother, Anna Yelverton of Goldsboro, NC and her four children.
