Dudley Ms. Mildred R. Shaffer, 81 of 106 Crescent Drive, July 27, 2012 at Mt. Olive Care and Rehabilitation Center. The family will hold a private life celebration service. Ms. Shaffer was born on June 24, 1931 in Tunkhannock, PA to Leo and Dora Bell Clark. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Albert Shaffer. She is survived by her children: Doriene Fontine and James (Denise) Linney; 7 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and 6 step daughters Final sympathetic and dignified care was entrusted to J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
