Goldsboro - Ms. Mildred White Staton, 98 of 421 James White Court, passed on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at home. The celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 1:00 pm at First African Baptist Church, 803 Harris Street, Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to rest at the Buckhorn Memorial Gardens, 1064 Bryan Blvd, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a viewing held on Saturday, May 7, 2016 from 12:00pm until 12:50pm at the church.
She was born on October 16, 1917 in Wayne County, NC to James White Sr. and Lula Holloman White. She is survived by her siblings.
