The celebration of her life will be held on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at 11:00am from the St. Mark Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ, 893 Lanetown Rd., Stantonsburg, NC with Pastor Ronnie Hood officiating. She will be laid to rest in Wayne Memorial Park, Dudley, NC. A visitation will be held from 3:00pn until 6:00pm. A wake will be held on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 from 6:00pm until 7:00pm in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations. There will also be a viewing from 10:00am until 11:00am at the church on Wednesday, May 15, 2013. She was born on November 2, 1925. She is survived by seven children. A professional, sympathetic, dignified, and compassionate service have been entrusted to J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
