Goldsboro - Ms. Naomi Odessa Thompson, 85 of 3043 Thoroughfare Road, passed on Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at home. The celebration of her life will be held on Sunday, January 24, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church, 4531 US Hwy 13 N., Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to rest at Old Mill Cemetery, 3718 Central Heights Road, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a viewing from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm with the family arriving to receive friends from 5:00 pm until 6:00 pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, Inc.
She was born in Wayne County, NC to Eddie Warren and Ruth McKinnie Warren. She is survived by five children.
