Goldsboro - Mr. Odell E. Barnes Jr., 67, completed this earthly walk of life on Friday, July 29, 2022 at home. The celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at 12:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. He will be laid to rest at the Baldwin Family Cemetery, Powell Road, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a view held on Friday, August 12, 2022 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC.
He was born on November 5, 1954 to Odell E. Barnes Sr. and Mae Lizzie Jefferson Barnes. He is survived by his wife, Thelma Kenion Barnes; his children; grandchildren and other loving relatives and friends.
