The celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at 10:00am at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, Inc., 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to rest at the Golden Gate Memorial Pavilion,4734 Highway 117 Pikeville , NC. There will be a viewing held on Saturday, November 4, 2017 from 9:00am to 10:00am at the funeral home.
She was born on August 6, 1951 in Wayne County, NC to Nancy Armstrong and Gilbert McNeil.
