Kinston - Mrs. Peggy Louise "Riggs" Boggs, 82 of 404 Oak Drive, passed on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at home surrounded by family. Arrangements are incomplete at this time.
She was born in Durham County, NC on September 29, 1932 to Maggie Watson and Thelbert Lee Riggs. She is survived by one son, John Howard Norwood Jr. of Pittsboro, NC; one daughter, Angela Lee Norwood of Sanford, NC; her brother, Travis Riggs of Durham, NC; two granddaughters: Stephanie Martinez of Kinston, NC and Maggy Norwood of Raleigh, NC; grandson, John Howard Norwood of Pittsboro, NC; three great grandchildren: Cecily Amelia Martinez of Goldsboro, NC, Antonio Norwood of Kinston, NC and Simon Norwood of Goldsboro, NC; one great, great grandson, Christian Sanchez Martinez of Goldsboro, NC.
