Wilson - Mrs. Peggy Joyce Parks Webb, 59 of 2541 Ward Blvd., passed on Friday, January 22, 2016 at Wilson Medical Center, Wilson, NC. The celebration of her life will be held on Friday, January 29, 2016 at 1:00 pm at New Spirit Church Ministries, 1501 N. William Street, Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to at Wayne Memorial Park, 2925 US Hwy 117, Dudley, NC. There will be a visitation held on Thursday, January 28, 2016 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm with the family arriving to receive friends from 7:00 pm until 8:00 pm in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
She was born on July 27, 1956 in Wayne County, NC to Joyce Parks and Swindell Atkinson. She is survived by her husband, Anthony Mickey Webb of the home; her son, Aleouvie "Vee" Oates; granddaughter, Jahlessa Oates; sister, Lothedis "Ree" McKinnon and stepbrother, Cedric A. Dickerson (Mary).
