Pikeville - Mr. Preston Lee Lassiter Sr. (Buddy) 89, completed his earthly journey and transitioned from labor to reward, Friday, April 25, 2025 at home surrounded by his loved ones. The Celebration of Life will be Saturday, May 3, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Greater Morning Star Church 705 S. Sycamore Street, Fremont, NC. He will be laid to rest at Golden Gate Memorial Gardens 4734 Highway 117 N. Pikeville, NC. There will be a chapel viewing held on Friday, May 2, 2025 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC.
