Goldsboro - Mrs. Rachel Rowe, 73, passed on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at Wayne UNC Health Care, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 12:00 noon with a viewing from 11:00am to 11:50am at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to rest at the Johnson Family Cemetery,Dudley, NC.
She was born on April 29, 1948 in Lenoir County, NC to Elijah Holloway Sr. and Chellie Taylor Holloway. She is survived by her children and many other loving relatives and friends.
