The celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at 2:00 pm in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, Inc. He will be laid to rest at Old Mill Cemetery, 3718 Central Heights Road, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a viewing held on Friday, April 15, 2016 from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, Inc.
He was born in Wayne County, NC to Raymond Everette Houpe and Dessie Braswell Houpe.
