Ms. Regina Ann Newsome, 61, passed on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 in Riverdale, GA. The celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at 1:00pm at St. James Church of Christ DOC, 514 Memorial Church Road, Fremont, NC with Pastor Tony Sutton officiating. There will be a viewing held on Friday, January 31, 2020 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to rest at the Virginia Veterans Cemetery at Amelia, 10300 Pridesville Road, Amelia, VA at a later date.
She was born on October 23, 1958 in Goldsboro, NC to Matthew and Ezzie Mae Hicks Newsome. She is survived by her parents and children.
