He will be laid to rest at Wayne Memorial Park 2925 US Hwy 117 South, Dudley, NC 28333
He was born, March 1,1961 in Wayne County, North Carolina to Mr. Richard Hare and Ms. Addie Belle Best. Hs is survived by and leaves to cherish his memories his brother, aunts and other relatives and friends.
