The celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at 1:00pm with a viewing from 12:00pm to 12:45pm in the J. Bernardo Rhodes Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 195 Kenansville Hwy, Warsaw, NC. He will be laid to rest at the Blackmore Family Cemetery, Seymore Blackmore Road, Warsaw, NC.
He was born on July 28, 1971 in Duplin County, NC to George Seymour Blackmore, III and Ida Faye Hill Batts.
