Goldsboro - Mr. Richard "Ricky" Fennell, II - 64, completed his earthly assignment on Friday, July 28, 2023, at the Warsaw Health & Rehabilitation Center, Warsaw, NC. The celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, August 6. 2023 at 4:00 pm at J. B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC.
He was born on August 18, 1958, in Wayne County, NC to Earl Lee Fennell and Christine Baker Fennell. He is survived by his sons: Marcus Moore of Goldsboro, NC; Andre’ Howard (Samantha) of Colorado Springs, Co. His grandsons: Aquavian Lewis of Goldsboro, NC; Andre’ Howard Jr. of Salisbury NC. His brothers: Jeffrey Fennell, David Fennell and Dennis Mitchell of Goldsboro, NC. His sisters: Charlotte “Ann” Fennell Burton of Union, NJ; Peggy Shadding of Philadelphia, PA. Special Nieces: Tracy Baker and Nicol Shaw of Concord, NC; Erkica Warren of Tipp City, Ohio; Lisa Sprueil of Goldsboro, NC and Inez Lucas of Greenville, NC and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
The family is receiving friends at the home of his brother, Jeffrey Fennell.
