Goldsboro - Mr. Richard Allen Williams, 56, passed on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at Rex Hospital, Raleigh, NC. The celebration of his life will be held on Monday, April 18, 2016 at 12:00 Noon at New Spirit Church Ministries, 1501 N. William Street, Goldsboro, NC. He will be laid to rest at Old Mill Cemetery, 3718 Central Heights Road, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a visitation on Sunday, April 17, 2016 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Shackle Free Church Outreach Ministries, 806 S. George Street, Goldsboro, NC.
He was born on December 21, 1959 in Wayne County, NC to Ray Williams Sr. and Catherine Hines Williams.
