Ms. Ruth Angeline Blue's Obituary
Goldsboro - Ms. Ruth Wooten Blue, "Cussie", 89, passed on Thursday, June 29, 2017 at Wayne UNC Health Care, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of her life will be held Thursday, July 6, 2017 at 12:00noon at St. Matthews AME Zion Church, 910 N. John Street, Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to rest at the Wayne Memorial Park North, 1191 Old Grantham Road, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a viewing on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 from 7pm to 8:30pm and on Thursday, July 6, 2017 from 11am to 12noon at St. Matthews AME Zion Church.
She was born in Wayne County, NC on April 3, 1929 to Robert Wooten and Mary Jane Henderson Wooten. She is survived by her daughter, Diane Blue.
