Goldsboro - Ms. Sadie Yelverton McLaurin, 91, passed on Sunday, February 7, 2021 at the Brian Center Health & Rehabilitation, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at 12:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to rest at Wayne Memorial Park, 2925 US Hwy 117 South, Dudley, NC. There will be a viewing from 11:00am to 11:50am at the funeral home.
She was born on January 7, 1930 in Wayne County, NC to Willie Yelverton Sr. and Sarah Staten. She is survived by her children and siblings. She is survived by seven children.
