The family will hold a private celebration of her life. Sandy was a retired office manager at Wayne Chiropractic. Sandy was born in Pearl River, N.Y., grew up in Middletown, N.Y., and raised two sons in New Paltz, N.Y. She moved to Goldsboro in 1994. Sandy was preceded in death by her mother, Lila Skutnik; father, Leo Budd; and her husband, John Stallar. Sandy leaves behind two sons, Glen Stallard of Mulvane, Kan., and Brad Stallard of Pikeville, N.C. She also leaves behind five grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Lauren, Andrew, Alexis and Lindsay, whom she loved dearly. In addition, she leaves behind many friends, who loved her quick sense of humor and no nonsense demeanor. The family asks that, in lieu of flowers, make a donation to your local humane society in her name. A professional, dignified, sympathetic and compassionate service entrusted to J.B.
