Goldsboro - Ms. Sandra Faye Nolan Turner, 75 of 2710 Langston Drive Apt. 408, passed on Friday, March 3, 2017 at home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Friday, March 13 2017 at Old Country Church, Beulaville NC with Pastor Harold Kennedy, officiating.
Sandra Nolan Turner was born in Wayne County NC to Octavia Callahan and J.C. Nolan on March 1, 1942. She was married to Lee Turner of Beulaville NC.
Sandra Turner is preceded in death by her husband, Lee Turner; her parents, Octavia Merritt and J.C. Nolan; her brothers Gilbert and Morris Nolan, her sister Carrie May Bolton and her twin sister, Marjorie Carter.
Sandra Turner is survived by her daughters Brenda Bush and Denise Waters, her sister Lou Ellen Rouse, Her grandchildren, Melissa Thames and husband Tod, Wayne Hall and wife Alicia, Richard Padgett and wife Heather, Jonathon Hall, and Rikki Padgett; her great-Grandchildren, Alexandria Thames, Chandler Thames, Caleb Thames, Riley Padgett, Raegan Padgett, and Kinley Padgett, and finally, her beloved “Grand-Dog” Rufus.
