Maryland - Mrs. Seconda D. Dortch, 51, passed on Saturday, September 18, 2021. The celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 12:00pm at the Goldsboro-Raleigh District Assembly (GRDA), 211 West Hooks River Road, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a viewing held on Friday, October 1, 2021 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to rest at the Old Mill Cemetery, 3718 Central Heights Road, Goldsboro, NC.
She was born on September 14, 1970 in Wayne County, NC to Robert Lee Hobbs Jr. and Josephine Smith Hobbs. She is survived by her husband, Ron F. Dortch; parents; siblings and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
